To look ahead to the opening of the brand new James Ensor house, the #MyEnsor challenge was launched. The Antwerp musician Glints wrote the song “My Ensor (Colours)”
especially for that purpose.
Creators were asked to produce a video in which they took off a self made mask to reveal their true face. Their fans were encouraged to follow their example. Who would come up with an original #MyEnsor TikTok, could win a trip to Ostend, the city where James Ensor lived and worked!
The campaign was launched in The United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands and France and the videos of the Creators were featured on the fourth page of ForYou, resulting in an incredible result.
